WASM Arcade is architected with a strict privacy-first and client-side approach.

1. No User Accounts & No Personal Data Collection

We do not require users to create accounts, provide email addresses, or log in. We do not maintain any user database or sell personal data.

2. Game Saves & Local Storage

All game save states, battery RAM, and control preferences are stored exclusively on your device using HTML5 LocalStorage and IndexedDB. These files never leave your computer unless you explicitly export them.

3. Content Delivery & Edge Analytics

Static assets and WebAssembly binaries are delivered via Cloudflare edge infrastructure. Standard privacy-preserving HTTP request logs (IP address, user-agent) may be recorded temporarily for security and DDoS mitigation purposes.
